MEET YOUR COACH
Health and Wellness Coach
I believe meaningful change doesn’t require perfection. It begins with understanding what matters to you, recognizing what feels realistic, and finding steps that can become part of your life.

MY PATH TO COACHING
My professional journey has given me the opportunity to experience healthcare from many different perspectives. For more than nine years, I have worked across patient care, medical education, healthcare program management, medical weight management, patient education, client engagement, program development, and healthcare leadership.
Throughout those experiences, I saw something important: knowing what may support better health and actually making meaningful change in everyday life are two very different things.
That understanding drew me toward lifestyle medicine and health and well-being coaching. I wanted to help people not simply receive information, but explore what matters to them, understand their motivation, navigate barriers, and develop changes they can realistically sustain.
I went on to earn a Master of Science in Lifestyle Medicine and Health Coaching from the University of North Texas Health Science Center and become a Wellcoaches certified health coach.
Today, I bring those experiences together in coaching - combining a strong healthcare background with a compassionate, practical approach to helping people create healthier lives in ways that work for them.
MY APPROACH
I believe lasting change is more likely when it feels meaningful, manageable, and connected to the life you actually live. Coaching creates space to understand what matters to you and find an approach that feels possible.
01
Start with you
Your priorities, experiences, motivation, and readiness for change shape where we begin.
02
Look at the whole person
Health and well-being are interconnected. We can explore areas such as nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, relationships, and other factors while keeping the focus on what matters most to you.
03
Make change manageable
You don’t have to change everything at once. Small, thoughtful steps can create meaningful progress and help healthier choices become part of everyday life.
04
Learn and build
We explore what works, explore barriers without judgment, recognize progress, and continue building from what you learn.
The goal isn’t perfection. It’s meaningful change that can work in your life.
